Vitamin D Needs Magnesium To Be Safe!

Deficiency in Vitamin D or magnesium could lead to any number of health issues, ranging from cardiovascular diseases to cancer.

The recommended daily allowance for magnesium is 420 mg for males and 320 mg for females, and as much as half of the total population is estimated to be consuming too little.

Some foods high in magnesium include almonds, bananas, beans, broccoli, cashews, egg yolk, fish oil, flaxseed, green vegetables, milk, mushrooms, other nuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds.
